As the title implies, the movie is based on the Greek play with the same name.
Nayanthara plays the title role, that of Elektra Alexander. Prakash Raj plays her onscreen father and Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, her mom. Alphons Joseph sets to tune the lyrics penned by Rafeeq Ahmed. Sanu Thomas is the cinematographer. Shyamaprasad and Kiran Prabhakar have written the screenplay.
